Lok Awas Process for a person filling the application
Anyone with a Adhar Card can apply, With 1 Adhar Card only 1 Application can be filled.
Form needs to be collected from the Head Office.
Lok Awas.. Person has the freedom to select the unit and floor.
After the Confirm is announced, you have to pay Rs. 90,000 within 15 days and provisional allotment letter will be issued.
After this we will register everyone under PMAY Scheme for approval of interest rate subsidy.
We will get home loans approved for everyone on subsidized rates on Bank’s Discretion.
When both registration and loan process is complete we will execute the agreement with allotee and Bank.
Rest payment will paid by allottee as per the construction linked plan.
Possession will be delivered within 3 years with 6 months of Grace Period in unavoidable circumstances of Force Majeure.
